I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
MarkYin is an interactive cultural communication platform that integrates digital technology and cultural creativity, with the mission of "inheriting Chinese culture". Users can visit museums, have in-depth conversations with digital guides, participate in diverse cultural and museum interactive activities, and contribute to exploring new paths for cultural dissemination. Through immersive experiences, interest is stimulated, leading to social interactions and promoting the inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture and the popularization of cultural knowledge. In this policy, we will explain to you the scope, purpose, and method of collection of personal information that each function of our product and/or service may collect, as well as the possible consequences of not providing your personal information. Please note that if you do not provide the corresponding information necessary for the realization of each function, you can still use other functions of the MarkYin platform.
We will follow the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity, and collect and use the personal information you actively provide or generate from using our products and/or services for the purposes described below in this policy. 1. Account Registration and Login
1.1. "MarkYin Account" or "Account" refers to the account you may need to register when using the MarkYin platform. When you register and log in, if you use the one-click login function, based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, we will collect your [mobile phone number and network operator information] to provide you with convenient login services; at the same time, if you do not use one-click login, when registering an account, you need to provide your real mobile phone number and the received SMS verification code, etc.
1.2. Before you register and log in, in order to provide you with the most basic services, a virtual visitor account will be registered, and we need to collect your Android_ID.
1.3. You can also choose to fill in or change your avatar, name, and profile information according to your own needs to complete your information, but if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of this product and related services.
1.4. If you successfully register a MarkYin account, we will display your name, avatar, and profile information on the MarkYin platform.
2. Providing Products and/or Services to You
2.1 Using Guided Tours, Consultation, Ticket Reservations, More Museums
2.1.1. In order to provide you with our core museum guided tour and cultural creative product functions and recommend museums and cultural creative products that may interest you, we will collect the personal profile you fill in, browsing history (your follows, browsing). If you wish to turn off recommendations based on this information, you can turn off [Personalized Options] in the settings.
When you play videos and other content, to adapt to your device status, we will call the device's acceleration and gyroscope sensors to identify the horizontal and vertical screen status of your device.
2.1.2. When you use the consultation voice dialogue function, we will request your authorization for storage (media and other files) and microphone (recording) permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the MarkYin platform.
2.1.3. When you use the More Museums list function, we will request your authorization for geographic location information permission to locate your current city and find the museum closest to you. If you refuse geographic location authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your use of other functions.
2.1.4. When you use the ticket reservation function, according to national laws and regulations, museum reservations require real-name reservations. To use this function, you need to provide the real name, ID card number, and mobile phone number of the person making the reservation to complete the ticket reservation. If you refuse to provide this, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the MarkYin platform.
2.1.5. When you use the museum guided tour function, which requires taking pictures to identify cultural relics for explanation, you need to authorize storage (album, media and other files) and camera (camera) permissions. Photos of cultural relics taken here can be written to local storage. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the MarkYin platform. If you wish to turn off saving to the local album when taking photos, you can turn off [Save photos to album during guided tour] in My settings.
2.2. Location-Based Function Services. When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use the location-based related services provided by the MarkYin platform (including location-based content recommendations, nearby functions), we will collect and use your location information to provide you with the aforementioned services. You can turn off the location service in your mobile device's system to stop our collection of your location information, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the MarkYin platform.
2.3. Secure Operation and Risk Control Verification. In order to ensure the secure operation of the software and services, prevent your personal information from being obtained illegally, and more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we will actively collect your device information [including: device/hardware model, device name, SIM card serial number (such as ICCID), hardware/device serial number (SN), device unique identifier (including: IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OAID(Harmony OS), OAID(Android), MEID)], running processes, the overall operation and frequency of this application, crash situations, installation and usage, performance data, source, storage (album, media and other files), browser type and settings, language settings, sensors, operating system, operating system version number and application version, app list, network device hardware address (MAC address), WLAN-MAC, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), IP address, method of accessing the network, network quality data, base station, mobile network information (including operator name), device sensor data (such as acceleration sensor, linear acceleration sensor, gravity sensor, gyroscope sensor), software version number, and software usage record information uploaded to the server for processing, used for security risk control verification. If you do not agree to our collection of the aforementioned information, risk control verification may not be completed, please understand.
2.4. Interactive Capabilities Provided by the Device System. When using the capabilities provided by the device system to interact with the MarkYin platform, to ensure that you can normally receive information within the MarkYin platform through the device system capabilities, the MarkYin platform needs to use self-starting capabilities. Within the necessary scope to achieve functions and services, it sends broadcasts through the device system to wake up the MarkYin platform, resulting in self-starting behavior.
2.5. To ensure that you can maintain instant communication with the background server when using MarkYin platform services and that you can receive system notification pushes in a timely manner, we will i) obtain and call your boot broadcast permission to start the MarkYin platform, ii) use third-party message push services to generate an identification ID for your device to distinguish its uniqueness, and iii) read the phone status to determine whether the MarkYin platform is in the foreground or background, in order to improve the timeliness of push services.
2.6. Summary of Device Permission Calls
When we provide MarkYin platform services, the main device permissions we call are summarized below. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in your device's settings function. The display and closing methods of permissions may vary on different devices. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines of the device and system developer:

3. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent:

b. Message push service: To provide you with message pushes, third-party push service providers may obtain your push SDK version number, necessary device information, phone status information, geographic location information, network-related information, storage (album, media and other files) (including collection in the background state) information in order to push information that may be more interesting to you;
c. Geographic location service: To provide you with geographic location services (nearby museum recommendations), third-party geographic location service providers will collect your device information and geographic location information in order to push nearby content to you;
d. Payment service: To ensure your smooth purchase of goods/services on the MarkYin platform, third-party payment service providers may collect your device information, network information, and operator information to successfully complete the payment and ensure payment security.
(4) When you choose to use the ticket reservation function on our MarkYin platform, you may need to provide your name, ID card number, and contact information. This information may involve sensitive personal information. Refusal to provide it may affect your participation in museum ticket reservations, but will not affect other functions of the MarkYin platform. Only with your consent will we share this information with affiliates or third parties to ensure that you successfully reserve museum visit tickets;
(5) Necessary sharing with our affiliates: We may share your personal information with our affiliates. We only share necessary personal information, and such sharing is bound by the purposes stated in this policy. If affiliates wish to change the purpose of personal information processing, they will obtain your authorization and consent again; or

Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual. However, the following circumstances are excluded:

(3) If MarkYin Company undergoes merger, division, dissolution, or declared bankruptcy, it may involve the transfer of personal information. Storage location: We store the personal information obtained from operating the MarkYin platform within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Under the following circumstances, we will ensure that after fulfilling the obligations stipulated by law, we provide your personal information to entities outside the People's Republic of China:

(3) You engage in cross-border transactions and other personal proactive behaviors through the Internet.

Storage time: We promise to always store your personal information within a reasonably necessary period as stipulated by law. After the above period expires, we will delete your personal information or anonymize your personal information.
If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, will attempt to notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.
2. Protection:

3. Change or Withdraw Authorization Scope
You can change or withdraw the authorization scope through [My - System Settings], including: 1) Receive message notifications; 2) System permission management; 3) Personalized recommendation function.
You can also change or withdraw your authorization for microphone (recording), contacts, notifications, network, camera, geographic location, camera, storage (album, media and other files), and phone state permissions through the device's own operating system. Functions may vary on different device models. We will collect personal information based on your changed or withdrawn authorization settings. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and reply to you in a timely manner after verifying your user identity.
V. How You Cancel Your Account
You can cancel your account by going to [My - System Settings - Account Security - Cancel Account] and selecting [Apply to Cancel Account] under the condition that the account cancellation requirements are met; we will process it for you as soon as possible within seven working days after receiving your cancellation application and verifying your user identity. After the account is canceled, your personal information will be removed from the MarkYin platform, except for personal information that must be retained by us as clearly stipulated by law (such as information related to your transactions on the MarkYin platform).

e. After receiving your reply, we will process your cancellation request within seven working days. Your account data will be completely deleted, and this process is irreversible.
f. We will send you a final confirmation email informing you that the account has been successfully canceled.
VI. Minor Protection
1. If you are under 18 years of age or under the age required by your place of residence to use the MarkYin platform, or there are other circumstances where you do not meet the legal requirements commensurate with user behavior, please (A) do not use the MarkYin platform, or (B) read this policy under the accompaniment and guidance of your guardian, and use the MarkYin platform after ensuring that the guardian agrees to the content of this policy, as required by applicable law.
2. We value the protection of minors' personal information. When minor users fill in personal information, please strengthen your personal protection awareness and treat it with caution. Please use MarkYin platform services correctly under the guidance of your guardian.
3. We will protect the confidentiality and security of minor users' information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the provisions of this policy. If we find that we have collected a minor's personal information without prior verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible or take other appropriate measures consistent with applicable law. 1. In order to provide you with better services, we will update the terms of this policy based on product updates and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. These updates will form part of this policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under the currently effective version of this policy.
2. If this policy is updated, we will notify you through the MarkYin platform client push notification or other reasonable means so that you can keep up with the latest version of this policy in a timely manner.
VIII. Third-Party Service Statement
Our software may contain third-party SDKs or other similar applications. When you use such services provided by third parties in our software, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information (e.g., in the form of embedded code, plugins, etc.). The device information collected by third-party SDKs usually includes: SDK or API version, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, iOS vendor identifier (IDFV), iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android advertiser identifier, network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop time, language locale, mobile network/country code, time zone and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU and battery usage, etc. We do not collect or store any personal information you fill in and submit on other third-party service pages.
